We process the prompts, attached files, input values, Memories, and other content you submit to provide the service. We may also process basic account, subscription, device, and usage information needed to operate and secure MakePrompt.

Your information is used to generate and improve prompts, save the content you ask us to retain, provide support, prevent abuse, and understand product reliability.

We do not sell your personal information.

Prompt requests and relevant attachments may be sent to configured AI providers to produce the result you requested. Hosting, analytics, authentication, and payment partners may process limited information on our behalf under their own security obligations.

Saved prompts and Memories remain available until you edit or delete them, subject to operational backups and legal requirements. You can avoid placing sensitive information in prompts and remove stored content from the product.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as MakePrompt changes and will revise the date above when we do.
