You may use MakePrompt to create, edit, save, and export prompts for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the requests, files, Memories, and other content you submit.

AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review prompts before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, security, or other high-impact decisions. MakePrompt does not guarantee a particular downstream model result.

You retain your rights in the content you submit and the prompts you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content and provide the service.

Usage limits and plan features may change as the service evolves. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout and may be cancelled before the next renewal.

Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or bypass usage limits. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We may update these terms as the product changes and will revise the date above when we do.
